Job summary

Olympus Property, located in Phoenix, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome guests, show available homes, and drive lease signings. You will coordinate events, maintain strong resident relations, and support marketing initiatives to boost community traffic and occupancy.

The role requires at least 1 year in leasing or a related customer-facing sales position, bilingual能力, and proficiency with Yardi. Hours are full-time, Mon–Fri, with some weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or similar fast-paced sales role.
• Bi-Lingual requirement.
• Experience planning resident events and creating social content.
• Strong phone presence and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain unit options and variations to prospects.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain property knowledge.
• Close the sale of new apartment homes to prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork and collect move-in keys.
• Enter information into the resident database.
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities.
• Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property.
