Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or established experience in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain property knowledge
• Close the sale of new apartment homes and prepare lease paperwork
• Enter information into resident database and support marketing efforts
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns
• Visit locators and promote the property to drive traffic
