Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional customer service and driving occupancy. You will show apartment homes, explain unit options, and secure leases while upholding our culture of care and community engagement.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining property knowledge, closing sales, preparing lease paperwork, and supporting resident events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or proven experience in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain apartment features and pricing clearly to prospective residents

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain a professional impression
• Close sales and secure move-ins; prepare lease paperwork and keys
• Enter resident information into internal databases and track leads
• Support resident events and community functions and promote property traffic
