Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Los Angeles, CA. You will show and lease apartments, explain unit options, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

Greet visitors, maintain property knowledge, and close leases while preparing paperwork and entering data into the system. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a leasing or similar fast-paced sales/customer-facing environment and offers full-time hours with rotating weekdays, plus weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and guests
• Greet visitors warmly and professionally
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
• Close the sale of new apartment homes
• Prepare lease paperwork and obtain move-in keys
• Enter information into the internal resident database
• Utilize sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic
• Respond to resident requests and resolve concerns
• Know the property’s product
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities
• Visit nearby businesses to promote the property
