PACS Group in Texas is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, and supervise PTAs. You will communicate with physicians, families, and the health team, and document services in medical records.

The role requires licensure, a PT degree, and ongoing education; you will lead in-services, participate in care conferences, ensure safety, and support rehabilitation program development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Master or Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Net Health and PointClickCare.
• Ability to read technical procedures and manuals.

Mansioni

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and provide direct resident care as needed.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with physicians, families, and staff.
• Complete timely documentation per facility and payer requirements.
• Conduct in-services and training for facility staff.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
