PACS Group in Justin, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians and families to optimize mobility and function.

You will supervise PT assistants, train facility staff, ensure compliant documentation, participate in care conferences, and educate residents and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention to promote rehabilitation and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• State license to practice in TX required.
• Masters or Doctorate in PT preferred.
• CPR certification may be required by licensure.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care systems.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and train facility staff.
• Document timely, accurate care per regulations and payers.
