PACS Group is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to enhance mobility and independence. The role involves supervising PT assistants and providing staff training, while maintaining compliant documentation and clear communication with families and physicians.

The position emphasizes safety, infection control, and ongoing professional development within a facility setting.

Formación

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care software.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and train staff as needed.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with families and physicians.
• Document timely and accurately in accordance with policies.
