You will provide inpatient and outpatient PT services, implement care plans, and support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy to on-site residents.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on individual strengths and routines.
