Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within inpatient and outpatient settings on campus.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
• Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
