Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Experience with older adults is preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents across inpatient and outpatient settings on campus.
• Implement residents' care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs throughout their continuum of care.
