You will deliver PT services across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting residents' mobility, balance, and functional goals within a holistic care model.

The ideal candidate holds a valid state licensed PT, experience with older adults, and the ability to document care plans to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
