Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapy license required.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Ability to complete required documentation for reimbursement and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to residents as part of a holistic care plan.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
• Support residents across inpatient, outpatient and continuum of care on campus.
