Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a per diem role on our beautiful campus in New Jersey. You will contribute to inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation while supporting residents' overall well-being and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJ Physical Therapy license, have experience with older adults, and be comfortable completing necessary documentation to ensure compliant reimbursement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license in NJ.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

• Implement residents' care plans with a focus on residents' strengths, preferences and routines.
• Provide holistic physical therapy services addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Support residents across inpatient and outpatient services on campus without requiring travel.
