Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a per diem role on our campus. You will provide holistic PT services across inpatient and outpatient settings and help implement personalized care plans for our residents.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed.
• No travel required as all services occur on Cedar Crest’s campus.
