Qualifications

• Valid and current state Physical Therapy license is required.
• Experience with older adults in various diagnostic groups preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services per resident care plans.
• Support residents' functional goals, strength, balance, and mobility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to coordinate care.
