Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Minnesota. The role supports resident move-ins, expedites service, and delivers superior customer service on-site. A valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II, and 1+ year of related maintenance experience are preferred.

The position involves on-site duties including basic plumbing/HVAC, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep, with occasional after-hours on-call. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments (painting, carpet, cleaning, general repairs).
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Attend training sessions and report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and dress in Cushman & Wakefield uniform.
