Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Bloomington, MN. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to service requests, and ensure high resident satisfaction through timely repairs and friendly service.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and safety procedures, with exposure to on-site maintenance and property grounds upkeep. Training and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II certification and CPO or local city certification required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repair, cleaning and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide maintenance support and deliver on commitments to residents.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and dog park amenities to keep them clean and safe.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
