Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Plymouth, MN. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and help deliver top-tier service to residents while upholding safety procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and on-call emergencies. Must have a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II, and a CPO or local equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Trade/Technical/Vocational schooling is a plus.
• EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• CPO or local city certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting; assist with snow removal where applicable.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in on-call scheduling for after-hours emergencies and follow safety procedures.
