Job summary

EverTrue seeks a Certified Medication Technician to provide medication administration and daily supportive care under nursing leadership. You will document care in the resident’s electronic health record and observe for adverse drug effects as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes resident dignity, participation in daily activities, and timely reporting of changes to the care plan. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current CMT certification in the state of practice.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing staff and other caregivers.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications to residents under nursing supervision.
• Documents vitals and care notes in electronic records.
• Assists residents with daily activities maintaining dignity and independence.
• Observes residents for side effects and medication interactions and reports changes.
