Job summary

EverTrue in Kentucky is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to provide medication administration and daily care under nursing supervision.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support resident independence and dignity, assist with meals, and document vital signs in the electronic health record. This role requires CMT certification, a high school diploma, CPR, and a commitment to person-centered care; some shifts include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Current CMT certification in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and first aid training.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records.
• Desire to be part of the “Person Centered Care” team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers medications under the direction of the nursing staff and documents accordingly.
• Provides medical and physical care to residents as directed.
• Assists residents with daily activities and mealtimes to maintain dignity and independence.
• Observes residents for changes and reports to nursing staff.
• Documents vital signs and updates resident records.
• Supports residents in decision making about daily activities.
