EverTrue is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to administer medications and support residents under nursing supervision, helping maintain dignity and daily independence. The role works with the interdisciplinary team to monitor residents, assist with meals and activities, and document vital signs in the electronic health record, following HIPAA and safety protocols.

• Current CMT certification in the state of practice.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification and first aid training encouraged.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers medication to residents under nursing direction and documents.
• Provides medical and physical care to residents to meet daily needs.
• Assists residents with personal care and daily activities while preserving dignity.
• Observes residents for changes and reports findings to nursing staff.
• Documents vitals and maintains electronic health records.
• Participates in the resident’s care/service plan and liaises with the team.
