Qualifications

• Must have a B.A. or B.S. degree in human services.
• One year of experience in human services preferred.
• 21+ years old with valid driver's license and ability to work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure health and safety of persons served.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the residential site.
• Provide training, coaching and evaluations to staff.
• Maintain compliance with DDS regulations and agency policies.
• Coordinate with families, programs and funding sources.
• Prepare payroll, budget and administrative tasks.
