Job summary

The-Meadows-On-University is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor while maintaining confidentiality and a positive, supportive environment.

The role requires compassionate patient care, adherence to care plans, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic care plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo card before treatments.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect PHI.
