Job summary

(The Meadows on University) RSH Fargo, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents. You will identify residents, document accurately, and report changes in condition to supervisors, while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.

The position requires at least a 10th grade education, state CNA licensing, and CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report breaches.
