Job summary

The Meadows on University is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will direct daily operations, maintain accurate charts, and lead staffing, training, and quality assurance efforts to deliver high-quality resident care. This role requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and strong leadership within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state. CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet new admissions and escort them to their rooms as necessary.
• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Review care plans daily and advise on revisions as needed.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation per policy and procedures.
• Supervise nursing assistants, assign shifts, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing service policies and procedures.
