Job summary

Park Meadows Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s plan. You will identify residents, record observations, report changes, and assist with daily activities to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires a minimum of a 10th grade education and state CNA licensure; CPR is preferred. You will work under Nurse Supervisors, maintain confidentiality, and cooperate with staff to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information to managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative manner.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report suspected violations.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as trained.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents are safely escorted and cared for.
