Job summary

Themeadows is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per care plans. You will greet residents, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and document care details in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities include reporting condition changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining cleanliness, and safeguarding resident privacy while supporting a calm and respectful unit environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• CNA certification valid per state requirements.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan and assessments.
• Identify residents before treatments, meals, or activities using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets, notes and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Maintain resident comfort, safety, and privacy at all times.
• Protect resident information and report any privacy breaches.
