Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record and report changes in resident condition to Nursing staff.
• Maintain resident room readiness and assist with daily living activities and transfers.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality of resident information; report any security concerns.
