Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in a compliant, compassionate setting.

You will follow federal, state, and local standards under the direction of the Director of Nursing, delivering quality care and documenting care plans and responses. You will perform routine nursing duties, assist with admissions/discharges, daily hygiene, and monitoring, while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork across departments.

Competenze

Must have valid LPN license in good standing.
Must have valid CPR certification.
Must have basic computer skills; able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to assist in lifting or carrying objects and residents as required.

Mansioni

Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Admit, discharge, and assist in daily hygiene care.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and document appropriately.
Complete charting and administrative duties as required, including forms and care plans.
Assist with transporting residents to appointments, activities, and social programs.
Ensure safety and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
