Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license in good standing.
• Basic computer skills; able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Regular attendance and ability to work weekends/holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per current standards and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and document care accurately.
• Assist in admission, discharge, and daily activities of residents.
• Report changes to the Charge Nurse and follow up on care plans.
• Complete required forms, charting, and incident reports as needed.
