Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking an RCC to oversee day-to-day operations related to resident care at The Sheridan at Tyler Creek. You will manage the Assisted Living team, schedule staff, and participate in care plan meetings with families and residents.

The role emphasizes promoting company policies, ensuring high-quality resident care, and coordinating with leadership on operating efficiencies and resident needs.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred.
• CAN experience preferred, scheduling, communicating with families.
• Basic computer skills, Excel for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members.
• Schedule Assisted Living team members.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change.
• Promote all company policies by ensuring communities provide quality care.
• Participate in weekly meetings with leadership to ensure resident needs are known.
• Review and improve processes for operational efficiency.
