Senior Lifestyle seeks an on-site executive to lead The Sheridan at Park Ridge, overseeing daily operations, staff, and resident satisfaction. You will drive occupancy, budget control, and regulatory compliance while maintaining service excellence across hospitality and care services.

The role requires strong leadership, budget accountability, and the ability to engage with residents and the community to uphold the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and marketing or business management experience in senior housing.
• Strong communication and listening skills with residents, guests and coworkers.
• Proven management ability and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site executive for operations and be the main contact for staff, residents, and partners.
• Maintain resident retention by addressing issues with residents and families.
• Respond promptly to walk-ins, calls, and inquiries.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay informed.
• Meet occupancy and leasing expectations and manage budgets and cash flow.
• Hire, train, discipline, and terminate staff per policy.
• Maintain licenses at local, state, and federal levels.
• Protect resident rights and support informed decisions with dignity.
• Represent the community in local and professional organizations.
• Oversee other management roles as needed.
