Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking an experienced RCC to oversee day-to-day resident care operations in our Montgomery County communities. You will manage the Assisted Living team, coordinate scheduling, and participate in care plan meetings with families to address resident needs with compassion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of caregiver experience, CNA experience preferred, and an LPN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• Area of Study: General.
• 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred.
• CNA experience preferred; scheduling and communicating with families.
• LPN certification is preferred.
• English fluency is required to perform duties.
• Basic computer skills and Excel for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assisted Living team members and support HWD.
• Schedule Assisted Living team members.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents.
• Promote company policies to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in weekly risk and leadership meetings with executives to address resident needs.
• Streamline operations with schedules and care processes.
