Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to provide leadership for Assisted Living and other neighborhoods, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care through service planning and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, evaluating residents, creating staffing schedules, coordinating with the Resident Care Director, monitoring changes, collaborating with Dining and Activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing

• Experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred, with a focus on resident well-being.
• Ability to develop service plans and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhoods in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards.
• Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans.
• Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs.
• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers.
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience.
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement.
