Job summary

The Sheridan at Tyler Creek by Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a capable RCC to oversee Assisted Living operations. You will schedule the AL team, participate in care plan meetings with families and residents, and ensure adherence to company policies for high‑quality care.

Collaborate with leadership and frontline staff to monitor resident needs, coordinate ISP changes, and drive process improvements that support compassionate, compliant care.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required; experience in assisted living or caregiver roles preferred.
• Able to schedule and coordinate care staff and communicate with families.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel) for scheduling and reporting.

• Manage Assisted Living team members and scheduling.
