Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to lead clinical excellence across the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure resident-centered services.

The role drives regulatory compliance, QA/QI initiatives, and staff performance while partnering with physicians, clinical partners and the sales team to assess move-in readiness and maintain Sunrise’s care standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners
• Oversee medication management and infection control programs
• Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
• Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
• Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

Pay Range

93,808.00 - 129,584.00
