PACS Group seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to ensure resident care meets health services leadership directions. You will coordinate care plans, supervise staff, and train new team members in an Assisted Living setting.

You will also manage medications, coordinate appointments, and assist in safety and infection control. On-call support and budget-conscious staffing are part of the role.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Personal Care Attendant or 6 months as a Medication Aide.
• Willingness to work on-call, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to read and implement policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with health services leadership on care plans and updates.
• Supervise health services staff and assist in education and development.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Maintain medication carts, submit orders and ensure inventory control.
• Coordinate resident transportation and health service appointments.
• Act as a Medication Aide or Personal Care Attendant when needed.
• Communicate resident condition changes to appropriate parties.
• Educate on safety, infection control and universal precautions.
• Support life enrichment activities and wellness programs.
• Respond to emergencies and arrange medical attention as required.
• Track spending with Executive Director to stay within budget.
