Job summary

PACS is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to assist health services leadership in coordinating and providing resident care across the health services team. The role involves ensuring plans are implemented, coordinating care, and maintaining medication carts and supplies in a compliant manner.

The position requires flexible hours, with possible overtime. Pay range is $25-$28 per hour DOE, reflecting experience and facility needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Partners with health services leadership in developing and updating Cooperative Service Plans.
• Performs resident evaluations as assigned.
• Provides direction and oversight to health services staff and supports education and development.
• Coordinates interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of health services staff.
• Maintains health services schedule to meet staffing and resident care needs.
