Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to liaise between residents, families, and the care team, promoting a safe, supportive living environment. You will assist in scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring quality assisted living services across resident care areas.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a commitment to dignity, with weekend rotation and collaboration with health providers and the sales team to coordinate admissions and care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license (such as CNA/HCA).
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes certificates or willingness to obtain.
• An LPN license is a plus.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise caregiving and medication technician shifts.
• Recruit and interview new care team members.
• Supervise staff and promote teamwork and care standards.
• Maintain resident records and care plans.
• Coordinate care planning with home health agencies on-site.
