Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to act as liaison among residents, families, and the care team in our Mesa, AZ community. You will support the Health and Wellness Director by scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring quality assisted living services across resident care areas.

The role includes coordinating with home health agencies, managing admissions with the sales team, supervising shifts, and assisting with medication administration while maintaining compliance with state

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license (such as CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP) or meet state requirements.
• An LPN/LVN nursing license is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign caregiving and medication technician shifts to ensure coverage and compliance.
• Recruit and interview new care team members.
• Supervise, train, and support care staff for quality care.
• Supervise the medication room and orders with caregivers.
• Maintain accurate resident records and care plans.
