Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated team member to manage caregiver scheduling and ensure high-quality resident care. You will handle family communications, document health changes, and coordinate with Health Services staff to maintain orderly medication handling and shift coverage.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and adherence to facility policies while supporting a positive, engaging environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the elderly in healthcare, assisted living, or memory care settings.
• Experience with shift scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong documentation and assessment skills are required.
• Represent the facility in a positive, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle family and visitor concerns, document issues and actions.
• Manage minor facility issues and report to Maintenance/Administrator.
• Lock/unlock exterior doors per shift.
• Assign caregiver shifts and ensure duties are completed.
• Monitor caregiver performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Report performance issues and assist with evaluations.
• Coordinate shift coverage when staff are absent.
• Participate in caregiver orientation and training.
• Schedule staffing duties and conduct building tours.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and external providers.
• Respond to resident emergencies and coordinate with emergency services if needed.
• Document changes in resident condition and ensure follow-up.
• Notify Health Services Director or Administrator of observations.
• Communicate resident needs to families and physicians.
• Record and implement physician orders following procedures.
• Ensure interventions are carried out on service plans by caregivers.
• Receive and relay shift reports to oncoming staff.
• Lead on first aid, safety, and disaster response.
• Participate in narcotic counts and medication administration.
