Clearwater Springs by Cogir in Vancouver, WA is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to support the Health and Wellness Director and supervise staff across resident care areas. You will coordinate care, ensure quality assisted living, and handle scheduling and family communications.

Qualifications

• Requires two (2) years of experience administering medications and providing care in a professional caregiving setting.
• Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience, including staff scheduling.
• High attention to detail and strong integrity; excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
• Must meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign caregiving and medication technician shifts to ensure coverage and compliance.
• Participate in recruitment and interviews for new care team members.
• Supervise, train, and support care team members; promote teamwork and care standards.
• Oversee the medication room and orders; collaborate with medication technicians and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate resident records, including care plans and incident reports.
• Coordinate care planning with home health agencies on-site; follow community policies.
• Coordinate admissions with sales, including supervising move-ins.
• Complete family/resident admission interviews.
• Facilitate communication among residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Address residents' needs, requests, and complaints; assist with medication administration when needed.
• Understand state and community care regulations.
