Cogir Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Coordinator to bridge residents, families, and the care team. The role supports scheduling, staff supervision, and quality-assisted living services across care areas, including medication administration and direct resident care when needed.

Applicants should have a valid state medication administration license, at least two years of caregiving experience, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must hold a valid state medication administration license or meet state requirements.
• LPN/LVN license is a plus; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregiving and medication shifts to ensure coverage.
• Supervise and support care team; promote teamwork and standards.
• Maintain resident records and care plans with accuracy.
• Coordinate admissions and collaborate with health providers.
• Assist with medication administration and direct care when needed.
