Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to manage resident services in a Kansas community. You will ensure compliance with policies, supervise care activities, and collaborate with families and the Executive Director.

Required are an active LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and strong English communication. The role demands confidentiality, safety awareness, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid professional license (LPN or RN) in good standing with the state.
• Must have valid CPR certification.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Must be able to assist in evacuation of residents during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and direct resident services in accordance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Report abuse/neglect to Executive Director and treat residents and staff with dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
• Ensure compliance with policies on total patient care, including meals, activities, housekeeping and laundry.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacy as required.
• Assist with admissions and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
