Job summary

• Ability to work beyond normal hours, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to evacuate residents during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct resident services per policies and regulations.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Provide oversight of meal service, activities, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacy; supervise staff competence.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to Executive Director.
