Job summary

EGRETCOVE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan. You will work under supervision to ensure comfort, safety, and timely reporting of changes in health status.

The position requires a valid CNA license, adherence to facility policies, and compassionate interaction with residents. CPR is preferred, with strong emphasis on patient dignity and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state. CPR Preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and document accurately using approved abbreviations.
• Report changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with transfers, meals, and daily activities.
