Recover-Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine nursing care under supervision, ensuring high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes compassion, patience, and a cheerful demeanor in daily tasks and interactions.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, transportation for activities, and adherence to infection control practices, while maintaining professional conduct and resident rights at all times.

Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc.
• Respond promptly to residents’ call lights.
• Attend in-service programs and meetings as directed.
• Assist residents with proper hygiene and bathing as assigned.
• Follow infection control procedures as required.
• Chart required information every shift for CNA duties.
• Present a professional image to residents and visitors.
• Adhere to company standards for resolving concerns.
• Protect residents' rights at all times.
