Job summary

GROVES seeks a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision. The role includes identifying residents before procedures, documenting care, and reporting any changes to supervisors.

You will assist with daily activities, maintain residents’ dignity, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment while following facility policies and privacy rules.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Use of authorized abbreviations as established by facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans and assessments.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or services.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily activities, mobility, and personal care.
