Job summary

CEDARCREEK in is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's care plan. You will identify residents before treatments or meals and report changes in condition to the nurse supervisor.

The role requires assisting residents with daily activities and maintaining a warm, safe environment. Must have a CNA license per state laws; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before procedures and meals.
• Report changes in resident condition to Supervisors promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information and report any incidents.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as needed.
