Job summary

Golden Years Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals and activities, and report health changes to the nurse in charge.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Texas CNA license.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general policies and procedures.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.
• Physical ability to assist with resident transfers and daily care.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Follow facility policies for recording information and ensure accuracy.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
• Observe residents for skin issues and report any concerns to the supervisor.
